Position
Summary:
This position is responsible for providing functional support, requirement specification and analysis, software configuration, project management, communication and administration.
This function primarily provides integrated business & information solutions which directly contribute to the short and long-term business objectives across all business functions.
Acts as the functional liaison between Information technology and the Business.
Essential Functions:
Designs, develops, implements, and maintains various business and software solutions (including business intelligence reports) for Curbell Business Systems.
Responsible for the development cycle from inception to completion.
Provides post implementation support as needed.
Actively looks after opportunities for re-engineering in order to enhance system efficiencies across entire organization while providing business functions on-going support & maintenance.
Assesses and tests existing and alternative business strategies to recommend the best course of action.
Develops infrastructure that enhances the scalability of the organization using business best practices ensuring consistency and stability.
Provides strong analytical thinking for existing business problems, and works with business partners to define specification for the business problems.
Interfaces with clients directly to participate in scope, resources, and budgets discussion for projects.
Develops training modules and documentation for new business solutions.
This function also provides training in the relevant areas.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Core Competencies:
Detail Orientation Communications Skills Process Improvements & Best Practices Planning/Organizing/Project Management Relationships, Influence & Problem Resolution Education:
Bachelors degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Three plus years in Business Solutions.
SAP experience strongly preferred.

Specific Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of business functions and relevant processes as well as IT resources and enabling technologies.
Work on multiple projects of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
Ability to work independently and proactively on strategic issues with client.
Excellent verbal and written communication with clients.
Ability to perform system design, system development, and configuration of functionality using various technology tools.
Ability to conduct needs assessments with clients to identify business and marketing requirements to translate into a project plans.
Good understanding of fundamentals of database management and its relevant functions.
Demonstrated ability to research and analyze opportunities to streamline processes with automated solutions.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
