The Original Pancake House is seeking candidates for the position of Host that are passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience at its Williamsville, NY location.
This position will greet and seat customers as well as process payments.
Our Hosts work as part of our front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer service.
Compensation:
$15.

Greet guests as they enter and manage the waiting list, as necessary Seat guests at tables per their request while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers Provide guests with menus and answer any initial questions Engage with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service Respond to complaints and help to resolve customer satisfaction issues Answer phone calls:
take reservations, to go orders and answer questions Demonstrate a detailed knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions Provide assistance to other positions in the restaurant, as needed Provide service via the OPH Way Financial
