We're seeking a driven, experienced, and career-oriented baker to join our team! Job responsibilities include:
-Working independently to ensure products are prepared on schedule -Proofing breads and pastries to prepare for baking -Using a deck oven, convection oven, dough sheeter, and commercial mixer to prepare and bake products - Using various techniques to finish pastry products (ie.
piping, glazing, cutting, scoring) -Organizing and packaging products to be sent to wholesale accounts -Upholding set product standards-Maintaining a sourdough starter -Scaling and mixing recipes -Some dough portioning and shaping as needed -Maintaining a clean work station -Communicating with management and team members -Lifting up to 50lbs at a time - Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations - Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their orders and answering any questions they may have Job Type:
