Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for building and fostering relationships with clients, vendors and employees while supporting other departments as needed.
DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Answers phones and sets up appointments, web lead scheduling, etc.
Schedules appointments with customers via phone.
Confirms all installs prior to the scheduled appointment.
Conducts post install survey via phone call, asks for customer input, encourages writing reviews if positive, and determines follow up actions if negative.
Performs follow up calls after Salesman first meeting to see how that appointment went, inquires on reason if service is not scheduled, asks for follow up timeline if needed.
Hand writes and mails follow up thank you notes.
Manages and ensures proper filing of all job folders and records.
Participates in and works Company booth at Home shows.
Performs general office cleaning tasks such as taking out the garbage, vacuum, disinfecting, etc.
Greets customers that come in occasionally.
Performs all other duties as assigned.

Ability to interact clearly and effectively, in both written and oral communication, with General Manager, clients, staff, vendors, etc.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the individual must be able to remain in a stationary position for 90 percent of the time while operating their computer and performing office work.
The individual needs to occasionally move about inside the office.
They constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, fax machine, and computer printer.
They must be able to exchange accurate information with customers and others in the office while interacting.
The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 15 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
The individual must be capable of reviewing their work for errors and make adjustments as necessary.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of this job, office environment.
The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
The individual frequently works in a controlled climate.
