We are seeking a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team.
As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial record-keeping and reporting.
This is a key role within our organization, and we are looking for someone with strong accounting skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Perform double-entry bookkeeping to maintain accurate financial records - Manage the general ledger and reconcile accounts - Conduct account analysis and prepare financial statements - Handle bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of transactions - Assist with payroll processing and maintain payroll records - Assist with tax returns in compliance with regulations - Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities - Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial information and support decision-making processes -Responsible for maintaining accurate records with reports to be produced on an as needed basis for monthly Board of Director/Finance Committee meetings and annual audits.
Experience:
- Proven experience in corporate accounting or public accounting - Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in account reconciliation, debits, credits, and general ledger maintenance - Familiarity with tax regulations and reporting requirements - Experience with payroll processing and record-keeping - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
