Responsibilities:
Actively manage the recruitment of non-traditional and traditional students
Provide training and coaching to the Admissions Representatives
Develop plans and set goals with Admission Representatives
Manage lead flow activity
Complete all required campus inquiry and milestones reports
Support the Enrollment Management Process
Analyze weekly inquiry and enrollment data
Conduct admission representative performance reviews
Identify needs and opportunities to grow campus
RequirementsSkills and
Experience:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Organized and able to multi task
Self-motivated and goal oriented
Demonstrates the ability to work as a team member and leader
Critically evaluates, synthesizes and integrates information from internal and external sources when problem solving
Ability to develop and coach others to reach peak performance
2 years managing or coaching experience
2-3 years sales and/or recruiting experience
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
