Basil Cadillac is hiring an Aftermarket Accessory Lead in a full-time position.
This individual partners with the Sales team on elite aftermarket product portfolio presentation and installation coordination.
Work schedule: Four weekdays + Sat (two weekdays 11am - 8pm)
Salary: up to $65k+, salary with bonus
No Sundays
5-day work week

Ideal candidate will possess proven public-speaking ability and action-orientation.
Greet and guide high-line brand customers to educate and proceed into procuring accessories for their new vehicle
Help customers find the right aftermarket accessory based on their need or desire
Enhance the process by demonstrating features and benefits
Support workflow process through ordering management and installation scheduling
Develop new business both in and out of the dealership
Accessories may include, but are not limited to, factory and/or aftermarket equipment (ie. logo projection, vehicle entertainment systems, custom grill or wheels, as well as other potential add-ons).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
