Job Summary
Bryant & Stratton College's High School Presenters are responsible for the recruitment and retention of qualified high school students through need based consultative approach. The representative is responsible for building relationships and the coordination of the enrollment process. The High School Presenter will conduct soft skills workshops in high schools, network with teachers, counselors and more. Responsible for recruitment and retention of qualified students through the demonstrated use of a consultative needs based selling approach. The representative is responsible for building relationships both internally and externally with the specific intent of improving leads, conversion, enrollment, and retention. The representative will also coordinate the activities of campus personnel to insure maximum success in the enrollment process.
Principal Job Functions
Meets or exceeds established personal new enrollment goals each semester.
Achieves an FTE no-show rate at or below established objectives by conducting quality student interviews and facilitating the enrollment follow up process for potential students.
Establishes relationships and maintains contact with prospective students by making outbound calls at a minimum weekly volume of 400 dials and 30 or more contacts.
Generates student referrals from both internal and external sources, at or above established weekly and semester goals with a minimum of a 20% conversion.
Participates in on- campus activities to support retention and referral outcomes.
Ensures that admissions and marketing data is captured, recorded, inputted timely and accurately.
Ensures compliance with company policy and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
1st term retention of enrolled students at or above established goals and objectives.
Meets or exceeds appointment setting and visits objectives.
To have a visit to enrollment metric at or above established goals and objectives.
Converts new student inquiries at or above established goals and objectives
Manages all student inquiries and follow-up activities through CRM.
Involves parent(s) and or guardian(s) throughout the enrollment process.
Supports achievement of lead generation and conversion objectives by working collaboratively with all High School Admissions staff by assisting with integral functions of the High School Admissions Department (i.e., on and off campus events, workshops, etc.), and other functions as assigned by the DOA and/or High School Manager
Present College approved presentations/ workshops to high school students generating future interest in Bryant & Stratton College.
Cultivating and maintaining relationships with faculty and administration at local high schools and scheduling classroom presentations/workshops.
Facilitating visits to the campus of large groups from local high schools
Actively support recruitment of traditional students through scheduling and conducting workshops in priority high schools to senior classes to secure and qualify leads.
Qualifications & Position Requirements
Required Education:
Associate's Degree
Preferred Education:
Bachelor's Degree (or Bachelor's Degree in progress)
Previous sales, telemarketing and/or customer service experience
Public speaking
Excellent customer service skills
Effective time management skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
