Position Summary:   Responsible for developing in-house elastomeric molding processes, including elastomer milling, part cleaning, adhesive application, press operations, de-flashing, visual part inspections, and designing molds, fixtures and mask tooling   Primary Duties: Process documentation development Part/bond evaluations Mold design/qualification Molding process development Molding process controls Establishing work procedures and manuals Process maps Fixture design Masking design Support design reviews PFMEA's ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop processes to successfully clean, prepare, mold and bond elastomer to structural components. Troubleshoot and resolve molding problems or bond issues. Coordinate activities within the cell to meet on-time delivery and quality. Provide technical support to elastomeric mold technicians and operators. Visually inspect molded parts for workmanship and flaws. Attend design reviews and provide feedback for design for manufacturability of molded products. Develop and create mold process documentation and process controls. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail. Troubleshoot and resolve molding and bond issues. Assist in mold design. Qualify new or reworked molds. Evaluate bond quality through testing and hand strips. Apply lean principles and provide continuous improvement to process, reduce waste and increase efficiency and effectiveness of process. This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).  All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR.  ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee or Refugee.    Skills and Experience BS in a technical degree with a minimum of 5 years of elastomeric manufacturing and process engineering experience, preferably with Vibration and/or Shock Isolation Products; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Experience with injection and transfer molding required. Experience with the design and processing of rubber products is preferred. 3D/2D CAD experience helpful, preferably with SolidWork. Good written and verbal communication skills are required. 8524BR

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
